  1. If shipment is damaged, contact your local Service Center (at the “800” number shown on the top margin of the Ward Delivery Receipt). to see if an inspection is necessary. Please advise commodity damaged & product cost.

  2. If shipment is short, contact your local Service Center (at the “800” number shown on the top margin of the Ward Delivery Receipt) for further investigation.
